WALTER CRASH ANALYSIS draws its experience from our Senior Consultant and founder, Scott Walter. With over 30 years of experience in accident reconstruction and investigations, Mr. Walter has been accepted in criminal, civil and appellate courts as an expert witness since 1984. He is one of only seven state-certified reconstructionists in the state of Florida and he has had the opportunity to testify in numerous high-profile cases.
